What types of events do you cater to?

We provide party rentals for all types of events. From backyard barbeques to weddings, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a wide range of rentals, including chairs, tables, linens, tents, and more. To view our rental catalog, click here.

We recommend placing your order as soon as you know the event details. Typically, two weeks’ notice is plenty of notice for us, but during busier times of the year like May, June, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we sell out of inventory months in advance.

An 8-foot rectangular table, measuring 30 inches by 96 inches, can comfortably seat 8 to IO people. You can fit 4 chairs on each side and an additional chair at each end.

A 6-foot rectangular table, measuring 30 inches by 72 inches, can comfortably seat 6 to 8 people. Usually, you can place 3 chairs on each side with the option to add I chair at each end.

A 60-inch round table can comfortably seat 8 to IO people. This size table allows for ample space for each guest while maintaining an intimate setting.

Logistics & Delivery

Is there a delivery fee?

We charge by the mile per round trip, so our delivery fee includes the cost of delivery and pick up.

We have a $100 minimum for deliveries.

Installation of frame tents, lighting, tent walls and some other items are built into our rates. We can set up other rentals (e.g., tables, chairs, and pop-up tents) for an additional fee. Advanced notice is required for setup services; otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

You do not need to be home for the delivery! If you mark the area where you would like the items delivered, we will drop them off as directed.

While we are flexible, we only offer curbside delivery and do not go up or down stairs. If you need us to navigate stairs, please inform us in advance as a stair fee will apply. If we are not made aware of this in advance, we may be unable to accommodate your request, as it significantly impacts our delivery schedule.

All of our rental items are cleaned before being rented out for the next

Our prices are kept affordable with discounts already built into our pricing, so there are typically no additional discounts for larger orders. However, we do offer tent packages that include a tent, tables, chairs, and linens. Click here to view our package deals.

You can make changes to your rental order after it has been placed. We recommend booking your rentals with your maximum guest count in mind to ensure that we have all the items you need for your event. Once you have a confirmed guest count, you can adjust your order accordingly by subtracting any unneeded rentals.

We accept all major credit cards as payment.

In the event that a rental item is damaged during your event and can not be repaired, these items will be charged to your account at replacement cost. Please see the reverse side of our contract for details.

All you need to do is shake off the linens and place them in the provided linen bag and we will take care of the rest!

Once your event is over and you’re ready to start cleaning up, please stack any chairs onto the provided dollies for smoother pickup. Tables should be broken down (legs folded in) and placed near the chairs.

  • 25% down payment is nonrefundable after the payment is made.

  • If canceled within 20 days 50% of all items will be charged. Orders will be updated to .5 billable days.

  • If canceled within 10 days of the event 75% of all items will be charged.  Orders will be updated to .75 billable days

  • If the truck is already loaded (trucks get loaded the night before) and any item, or whole order is canceled – there is still a 100% charge.

We allow one free reschedule within a month of your event if weather prevents your event from happening. If the event occurs during inclement weather, please ensure that the items are either stored in a dry location or adequately covered with something like a tarp.
